I scheduled an appointment after trying forever to talk to someone on the phone and then I completely missed the appointment. I apologized and agreed to pay the fee for my mistake but then they stopped responding and blocked me on social media. I only went there one time for a well check for my child and I'm so confused why this has happened. I agreed to pay the cancelation fee when I texted because it was 100% my fault and I offered to even pay it before booking my next appointment but to completely dismiss us as a patient for one time missing an appointment? The team did not contact me or anything. I would like my child's records as she did go there but how awkward now. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to text, blocked me on facebook(strange to do that) so I have to go there to

Dr. Jessica Salas was absolutely wonderful with our daughter! My four-year-old was a bit nervous for her appointment. Mid appointment she made the comment “It's going good, mama”, while she gave me a thumbs up. Jessica made immunizations so easy for our daughter. Not one tear was shed. We’re new to Midland, so we're happy to have found the right pediatric office for us!

BEST PEDIATRICIAN IN THE PERMIAN BASIN NO LIE!!.. I am super picky with my son’s doctors and she really has me very pleased. Dr. Salas actually interacts with your child and actually builds a relationship with your child. My son is almost 2 and he loves her. He literally gets excited when he sees her. She is also very respectful with the decisions that as a parents we chose to take with our son. She is informative but not pushy. Caring, and respectful. I honestly wish more doctors were like her.

The ladies are very sweet and show genuine interest with my kid well-being . I always feel heard and respected as a parent . Visits go quick and smoothly. 😉

Love the dr but they NEVER answer their phones and we have had very sick kidos needing to be seen.
