The good doctor left his name on the on-call list for the hospital emergency needs. On a day that he has a full day of colonoscopies scheduled, and it's the day before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, he got called in the hospital early in the morning for an emergency, and I got to lay for an extra 3 hours on a hard bed while being totally dehydrated and extremely hungry. Going forward, I'm going to skip the ugly colonoscopy. The latest versions of the stool sample testing has accuracy rates that rival an actual colonoscopy. That will be my route going forward, as often as my insurance company will pay for it.

I had my first appoitment , I was giving the upland address I was at the wrong building, the office ladies at the upland office were so nice and friendly and called the Rancho locaiton to let them know I was running late. Very nice ladies at the front office Rancho Location at 10807 Laurel Stree, Rancho Cucamonga - As soon I walked in, the front desk ladies were super nice -They called me and friendly , caring. Thank you for the excelletn staff. -I was late, and i got called within 15min. -I saw a NP, the nices lady, she gave me so much information about the procedure, I fee really comfortable speaking to her. I wish i can remember her name it was on 1/23/2024 around 2:30pm. I was nervous but she put me at easy with all detail infomarion. MOST IMPORTANT I WAS NOT RUSH ,THE NP TOOK H

Made an appointment to see this Dr. I only saw a PA then requested the Dr. That never happened. I got a not professional Dr., Yaramada. She's aweful. Not professional at all.
