A week ago was my first visit to BP. The personal were extremely friendly & accommodations were very professional. I waited maybe 10 minutes. They rushed my TX due to travel plans. I would highly recommend BP to anyone. Thanks for the excellent service

in April 25, I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. O'Brien in August for cataract surgery. Just 3 days before my appointment his office called me and said that DR.O'Brien is not doing Cataract Surgery any more, and wanted to reschedule me with another Dr. in Dec 25. REALLY? Total inconsideration of him. If you are planning to stop Cataract surgery don't take new patients, and if you do, respect your commitment for the ones that you already scheduled ,before you quit just 3 days before surgery delaying me for almost a year when my eye sight is getting worst. Shame on you.

Been a PT of BP since Miami and now WPB and love them. Those complaining about the wait should go to the one in Jackson Memorial Hospital. It's a nightmare

It’s so unfortunate how hard it is to find another uveitis specialist in the area and almost forced to have to deal with coming to see a provider here. Been to both Naples and Palm Beach office and it has been well over 4 hours to complete the visit every single time. This may be their norm but they have to do something differently with their schedules, there are always clients upset about the wait including myself. At tops this could be a 2 hour visit 5 hours or more is just outrageous. My appointment today was at 2:40pm it is now 6:49 pm and here I am in the lobby still waiting. Oh by the way they had to re dilate my eyes because of this wait. Beyond frustrated with this system it isn’t working. Wish they would listen to patient feedback and address this. Thought of writing a review

I haven't had any direct experience with doctors, but after suffering a freak eye injury I called this morning looking for help getting a same day appointment with the doctor. I found the office using my insurance plan lookup. The woman I spoke with was so put off by my call I'm here writing this review. I asked if I could be seen for the unexpected injury I had and she told me that they did not offer same day appointments but I could drive to Miami to they eye ER. I explained that it was not an emergency but I wanted to be sure that I was doing any follow up care needed to prevent future damage. She became irritated with me and said that even if they DID have an appointment today, which was HIGHLY unlikely, I was a new patient and it would take her 20 minutes to register me as a new patie
