Bartram Family Dental Care

I wish I’d found this dental practice when we moved here 7 1/2 years ago. The entire staff was welcoming. David immediately made me feel comfortable; he was funny, compassionate, and thorough in his exam. Dr. Torres also put me at ease and prioritized the steps in my treatment plan so that payment would not be overwhelming. If you’re looking for quality dental care with a focus on the patient as a person, I highly recommend Bartram Family Dental Care.

Before my appointment, I received reminders of my appointment in which I truly appreciated. Before my appointment, my hygienist Shannon asked if I had questions or concerns. She immediately replied to my question. During my appointment, Shannon and my Doctor Torres throughly explained everything step by step through the process. I felt very comfortable with them both. I felt that they both were highly skilled in their jobs.

Dental Appointments have NEVER been my most favorite thing to do, BUT the staff at the Bartram Family Dental Care office have come to be some of my most favorite people. They are kind, caring, and most considerate about making sure I’m always comfortable regardless of the treatment at hand. I enter their office with a smile as I’m greeted by the warm and friendly front desk staff … and I exit with an even bigger smile knowing that my teeth and gums are healthy and well cared for … and that my smile is indeed ready to share with the world! Very thorough, high tech and David explained everything he was doing, what he found and educated me. Also his cleaning technique was virtually painless. Great first visit!

Hygienist did not seem to know any other thing to suggest other than trying to sell me 1800$ caps. I did not feel well informed about my options therefore how could I trust anything she said. I will be honest I think I will have to find another dentist.
