Dr. Bartow and his whole staff were so awesome. They made everything so easy from start to finish. My consultation was super engaging and they answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or anything like some doctors do. They don’t treat everyone the same after my appointment I kept being told that they had sent my request for my approval for surgery to my insurance company and I was told the first request was denied but when I talked to my insurance company it was never sent. I had to keep calling until it was really sent. Then Dr. Bartow wanted me to get a second procedure in which I wanted it to I just at the time couldn’t pay out of pocket so they wanted until the month that my insurance approval expired to call to follow up then he refused to do my surgery that was covered because I said I was going to wait to get the second procedure done. They referred me to someone else which by the way still has not called. Certain people get the worst treatment with them!
