I want to thank everyone for all their help. Especially Nate making sure I always I always had everything I needed for my comfort. Everyone I came in contact with were helpful and did everything to make me comfortable. I was so grateful for my aides they were very attentive and caring.Especially Jeanette and Kayla, she never left my room without making me laugh. The comments about the aides I mentioned, it’s all the aides I had but I am so bad remembering names. The nurses were also very attentive, especially Danielle, she took care of all my medical needs. Especially tests I needed for some infections. Let’s not forget the rehab department, they worked very hard with me so I reach my goal to walk again so I could play with my seven grandchildren. Two Facilities, Same Neglect, Same Deception!! Our family has suffered through two devastating experiences tied to the same ownership: Preferred Care (Hamilton, NJ) and Bartley Healthcare (Jackson, NJ)—a connection that is not clearly disclosed and feels intentionally deceptive. In July 2025, we placed our 97-year-old grandmother in Preferred Care. She was physically healthy, though showing signs of dementia. By November 2025, she had died. The facility was chronically understaffed, ordered unnecessary tests and medications, and provided poor, inattentive care. Most unforgivable: CPR was performed despite a documented DNR order. That alone should alarm any family considering this facility. After that trauma, we were adamant we would never use Preferred Care again. In December 2025, my

My mother was there for about 3 mother until she came home, & I must say ,the staff was very friendly and helpful as can be. Anything that was going on with my mother, they made sure to call me ,which I appreciated. Her therapy was amazing and got my mother good enough to come back home. I can't say enough again about the staff, every time I went there , there were always helpful, friendly and full of smiles. Thank you for helping my mother out and treating us like we were Special, Thanks staff.

The staff are wonderful and kind! Special mention to the nurse Irene who took wonderful care of my friend and the service has been top of the line! And the food throughout her stay has been delicious. Thank you Bartley for the amazing results in therapy and beyond! And a shoutout to the customer serve team!
