Barry is phenomenal. However, getting ahold of the front desk to schedule an appointment is nearly impossible. Once I finally got them on the phone, the woman I spoke to was far and away the rudest customer service interaction I've ever had in my life. I try to be understanding, but she clearly has something going on that day that she decided to take out on me. Even before she looked up my account she was mean and condescending, and once she looked up my account and found that I had a 'bad debt' with them she refused to elaborate or give me any chance to rectify the situation, just told me to go elsewhere and hung up on me. Dr. Goldenberg and team are absolutely incredible. Every time I visit his office I feel completely taken care of. His staff is incredibly friendly & their expertise knows no bounds. I could not recommend them enough.

The entire team goes above and beyond with customer service, Dr. Goldenberg is a master at what he does, communicates the procedure thoroughly so you know exactly what he is going to do throughout the process. Very relaxed environment with great music to listen while you are going through the procedure!

If every person had the service, friendliness, expertise and compassion given by the staff in this dental office, fear of dentists would never occur. Dr. Goldenberg did a complete extensive restoration almost 40 years ago and continues to provide me with exceptional care. Now I look forward to my appointments...it's like being cared for by friends. The best!
