My experience was 10-10! I had knee replacement surgery TODAY, and here I am leaving a review already. I wish I had everyone’s names. From the minute I walked in the male concierge greeted me friendly and professional, sent me to the procedure floor where again I was greeted by 2 young ladies with a smile, sent me over to get checked in, where I was also greeted with a friendly smile and professionalism. My nurse Andrea, came out to get me she was friendly and made me feel relaxed. She took great care of me until I went back for surgery. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable, then Joy and Dr.K gave me my nerve blocks also kind and patient very thorough. Everyone I was in contact with in the OR was amazing. Then I was taken care of by Katie whom was also helpful, kind and supportive.

Beautiful oasis of nature nestled behind Building 3. The staff at this location are very pleasant to talk to. Great physicians here. EDIT: visited the Outpatient Surgery a year after my first post and the care was excellent. The staff were friendly and caring. It was an outstanding experience. Great job! I especially want to thank Pat Hill, an anesthesiologist nurse, who was exceptionally considerate and after she observed that I wear special migraine glasses, she went out of her way to make accommodations for me. Thank you.

This is not a real hospital. The nurses will tell you point blank that most of their patients are cosmetic surgery patients. Sat in a waiting room for 3 hours and listened to very sick patients moaning in pain, while they came out and yelled names of people who weren’t even there. And then when the person they called wasn’t there, they just disappeared for another hour. They never called another person in the place of the one who wasn’t there. I didn’t see one person go to the back in three hours. When we got back there, the nurses are sitting in a line on computer scrolling through Instagram and talking about birthday parties. It’s totally quiet in the ER rooms, it’s like the strangest, most inactive emergency room I’ve ever seen. No movement, no sense of urgency, total quiet and stillnes

My boyfriend had a colonoscopy here with Doctor Kaycee Huff-Hardy and every staff member was so helpful and genuine and kind. They are clean, efficient, and most importantly, they care that you are getting the care you need. I've been to BJC many times and they never fail to make their patients feel safe and cared for.

My experience at BJC West County was exceptional from start to finish. We received outstanding care and kindness from the staff. The nursing team, including Joy and Sam, provided remarkable care. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Keeline, thoroughly explained the procedure and did a remarkable job. I had absolutely no post procedure pain. Dr. Myckatyn, was my surgeon and I can't say enough good things about him. From the time I walked into his office I knew I was in the right place. His staff, including Michelle and Lisa, are outstanding. I had a complete understanding of what to expect from my surgery and was not disappointed.
