Bare Dermatology

This was our first time coming to Bare Dermatology to see Candi Carney and she did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Her medical assistant Casey Ray was just as friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely made us feel comfortable and seen! 5 stars!

I loved my visit with Heather Capps today! She figured what was wrong with my skin quickly and was to the point. Her assistant was very kind and helpful as well! The lady who checked me in was also very kind! My only complaint is with the person who checked me out/ billing. She wasn’t engaging or kind. It felt like she didn’t want to be there.. so I thought maybe she’s having a bad morning. I forgot to ask for an itemized receipt, so I called to ask for one and still wasn’t very happy sounding on the phone. A few hours passed, so I called to request receipt again. She said my services were not walked out, so I’d have to call back tomorrow to see if they were walked out.. which I find odd. So, now I’m not too sure what I paid for. Usually you know how much to collect from what services are

Courtney is an absolute gem! She’s the best the laser aesthetician that I have ever been too! She was thorough, attentive to detail, and made the entire process comfortable and seamless. Her professionalism was matched by her warm and approachable manner. I also had the pleasure of meeting Head Nurse Shiela! Bare dermatology continues to hire the best staff and they deliver care that’s both precise and personal. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with Becca, she helped me get scheduled at the Reveal Research Institute- Dallas location. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service representatives and she kept her word when I did speak with her each time. After my second visit to this location, overall I have had a decent experience. The care provided by Casey and Candi is wonderful. I was somewhat disappointed by my wait time to be seen at my second visit as it took about 40 minutes to be called back. As a cash pay patient, it would be nice if they were more upfront with the cost of the visits/services.
