The first time I went in she realeased trauma I has been holding and throughout our session I cried terribly. Not because of her or pain but because I had so much my muscles were holding onto.A few months ago I was having reoccurring migraines from a muscle injury in my shoulder and neck. She got me right in the next day or two and started working her magic.When I went in she couldn't even stretch me or put pressure on my neck. A few sessions later she fixed me up told me to ice it.I was better and my migraines were gone! I was pain free, had full range of motion and had so much relief. Barbara was very friendly and good at explaining what she would be doing in and checking in to make sure I was okay. I like how she incorporated stretching into the massage as well.
