I was very pleased with the kindness and welcoming nature of the staff, from the front desk personnel to the nurse who took my vitals, and especially the exceptional doctor I encountered. Dr. M. Thway is her name, and I truly wish she could be my general practitioner. She is very thorough, and her extensive experience and knowledge are evident. I extend my gratitude to the entire staff.

Dr Ramsubiek is the best! However their Bartram office manager, Michelle is absolutely the worst at facilitating patient care and continuity of treatment. She consistently dropped the ball when transitioning my infusions from Baptist Heath to IVX Infusions. She misled me and caused major delays in my treatment causing great discomfort due to delayed treatment. She also posted derogatory "clinical" notes to my patient portal which seems most definitely unethical and possibly unlawful. Michelle has no place accessing information or facilitating patient treatment oprions.

I have been seeing Dr Lee since 2013. She was able to diagnosis me when others couldn't but, by that time I was hardly able to walk and it hurt to even roll over in bed. I am so thankful for her help in guiding me to other specialists to help also. Kim, was a favorite assistant that worked there but I have found the others to be kind also. The front desk is always welcoming too.

Next level BS right here, I get a robo call to call them to make an appointment as a first time patient. I don't think so. Not getting my business if you can't take the time to pick up the phone to make the appointment. They actually want their patients to listen to the whole dang robo message that isn't even read correctly, to write down a number to call them and then be put immediately on hold. Baptist is going down hill so fast.

Been a patient here for over a decade but will be going elsewhere. Had a issue with some labs and the lady at the desk called herself scolding me and basically saying since next appointment available was around April I'm not gonna be able to get prescription refilled so I quess I'm supposed to be in pain for the next 3 months till they can get me in that's ridiculous I'll be looking for a new doctor immediately. Dr Lee was a excellent doctor but her staff is terrible,terrible,terrible
