Baptist Rehabilitation - Baptist South Campus

My experience has been great so far with the physical therapist that I’ve been working with, but the front desk specialist Shay is not very attentive and customer service oriented from the last few times I’ve been coming in and complains about not wanting to be at work, which does not feel very professional or welcoming. Otherwise, I have been having a good experience with PT here!

The staff are the best. They are all knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. They answered every question I had. They also have a great sense of humor. Rehab can be stressful but they kept the atmosphere light and interesting.

I have had great PT experiences with Baptist. The staff on friendly, the PT staff are patient and kind. They ensure I understand why I do the exercise I am doing and provide me with homework so I can get stronger.

Appointments scheduled quickly, all sessions have been started on time with therapist. Assessment was thorough, explanation of issue and what needs to be done clear and easily understood. Therapist listens well to my feedback, exercises are geared toward my pain level/ability/goals. Exercises are sent to Med Bridge so I have information needed to continue work at home. Office staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Office and therapy area is clean, well organized and bright. Highly recommend
