Baptist Primary Care - Mandarin Pediatrics

I've been so disappointed with the care and service at Mandarin Pediatrics. My husband and I had multiple issues with them not being able to see our kids the same day they are sick and had to go elsewhere. The front desk staff have made many mistakes including giving us another child's shot records, providing false information on their contact methods (we were told they could only do post card appointment reminders, which is so 90's), we were told we were behind on shots when we were not and we provided proof, etc. One time our son had 103.9 fever that would not go down and it was the weekend. We called it in and never received a return call. Don't go to this pediatricians office. They seem to have too many patients that they can care for and it's not worth your child's health and well bei

The overall professionalism and kindness of each employee I have encountered. I absolutely love this office, from the front desk staff; nurse Julie; checkout staff; and my son's pediatrician, Dr Frank. My son has medical issues and Dr Frank is so gentle and understanding of his needs. I couldn't ask for a better team for my son. I have a huge age gap from my last child and had her in a small town. So having a new child in a big city 19 years later, I thought I would have issues with finding a Dr for him. I would recommend this practice to anyone having a little one.

Am almost always able to be seen same day for any issue, even if I need multiple kids seen. Doctors have all been wonderful and attentive, we love Dr. Frank! Staff is great to work with.

Dr. Frank has been an incredible pediatrician for my kids. From the first visit, he has always been patient, kind, and thorough. He takes the time to listen to all my concerns and never rushes through appointments, making sure we feel comfortable with every aspect of care. My kids absolutely adore him, and he has a natural ability to put them at ease, even during vaccinations and checkups. His knowledge is top-notch, and he always provides clear, helpful advice. I feel confident that my children are in excellent hands with Dr. Frank and highly recommend him to any parent!

Dr Black at Mandarin Pediatrics basically kicked me and my husband out for asking questions about the vaccines and saying we wanted to delay them. She was so unprofessional and rude to us. She did not even read my child’s chart before coming in to see him then proceeded to not know why the hospital requested a cranial sonogram, which she would have known if she read his chart. She stated we should find another doctor because we do not see eye to eye on how to keep my child safe. I mentioned it was a religious reason in which she made me go further into depth on what the reason was and then proceeded to say “I think you should go to a church and go in the back look at the graveyard and all the dead infants before vaccines” basically left in tears and have not been back to any pediatrician s
