I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Vu. She is kind, attentive, and truly listens without judgment. I consistently feel heard, respected, and supported during every visit. Dr. Vu demonstrates a genuine commitment to my health and provides thoughtful, practical guidance that helps me stay proactive in my care. The office staff are equally impressive — professional, organized, and efficient. Communication through the Baptist patient portal is exceptionally responsive; messages are often answered within an hour, which is remarkable for a medical practice. The entire team creates an experience that is seamless, supportive, and highly professional.

Everyone here is so polite and welcoming. Justine at the front treats everyone like family which was a welcoming experience. Dr Dickinson was very personable and attentive. I didn’t feel like a number. If I could change anything it would be adding some furniture behind the front desk. It just looks so empty for such a building.
