The laboratory is tops for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went there one early morning on a fast without a lab request. They directed me to the medical office nearby to get the lab request. I was in and out in about an hour, and was able to get my much needed morning coffee.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. Be sure to assess if your urgent medical situation can be handled at an urgent care. I made a mistake and went here. This hospital billed approximately $3,800.00 for and sprang knee (slightly bruised) to my insurance company and me. I spent 4 hours waiting for them to read an x-ray. I was told they only had one doctor that could read the x-ray for the entire hospital. I saw one doctor for five minutes this same doctor billed me separately. No wonder the insurance company tapped out. I will never consciously go to this hospital. There is no coordination at this hospital

Unfortunately, my Mom ended up here after a seizure and the staff took my Mom's wedding rings and jewelry off to run tests on her and "lost" them. This has caused her a lot of unnecessary emotional stress and she regrets being taken here. Make sure to account for all your belongings because your stuff could disappear while you're at your most vulnerable.

I have been taking my kids to this ER ever since I learned that they were open. The staff is always been absolutely amazing and they are normally really quick to get people in and out. Last night I took my daughter there because she hit her head and it was bleeding and because of a previous concussion I wanted to have her checked out and I was literally in and out of that place in about 2 hours. They got us back as we were done and registration and then I saw the doctor pretty quick. They did a CT scan and he assess her wound and as soon as we got the results back we were out of there within seconds. They're not a trauma hospital but they do have the ability to transfer you to one of their trauma locations. They're very capable and they could definitely stabilize somebody until they can ge

This branch has the worst reviews of all the BH's in the area. They treat patients like they're just a number. For the price of medical care, we should have a 5 star experience every time we visit. Also, their security team is unprofessional inexperienced and undeserving of a uniform.
