Baptist Neurology Group - South Office

I can not say enough good things about my wonderful experience and it continues. I chose my neurologist Dr.Bijari and I am so blessed to have her. The staff was so wonderful to me before my appt and during my appt, and she was so attentive and listened to me thoroughly and discussed a plan.Before I got home I had messages of the plan set up and sent to my phone. Incredible. Each day I have been sent new ones! I have never been treated so well and I am 61! I know that Baptist Neurology feels blessed to have her as well. I hope she stays for a very long time 😊

The office was clean and tastefully decorated. Most important, all of the staff were both friendly and professional and showed that they really about their patients. Dr. Bijari was excellent! She took her time for a good exam and explained each and every step, her thoughts regarding possible diagnosis, etc. Overally, extremely pleased and will not hesitate to return and to refer friends and family!

Everyone is truly professional and respectful. I love that even though I don’t speak English very well, they always provide an external translator so I can feel comfortable and understand everything. Why didn’t I find them sooner?

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lindsay is excellent! She very patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, so that I am much less worried now. She didn’t rush me and is very knowledgeable. I’m grateful that she’s there.
