My experience was Lovely - I was warmly welcomed by CSC Tiffany, who instantly jumped into action as soon as I entered though the main door - giving me Intentional & Individualized one on one service, making me feel like a lifelong friend. I was then pulled back by Toni (CMA) who again gave me individualized kind/service & care, as she also verified that my medication list was totally accurate (which is 100% imperative) with excellent patient care. This is an impressive team! Get Better with BMG - Baptist💙

Do not go to this location if you value your health. My mother was here today for a Urinary Tract Infection and after sitting for 2 1/2 hours the nurse refused to allow her to see a doctor or have her urine tested for infection. She said my mother needed to see a urologist, my mother explained that her urologist could not see her until March 24th, she still refused her treatment. My mother then asked if she could at least speak to the doctor and was still refused. This is upsetting on so many levels that it’s hard to even explain it. My mother is in her 70’s and wheelchair bound since a stroke partially paralyzed her 5 years ago, her health is fragile and she went to this place trying to get help and was refused.

All staff were very courteous and professional. The nurses were very patient with me due to a problem I was experiencing. The doctor was excellent in the diagnoses and prescribing the antiobiotic.. I also learned a technique that will help me in the future with my condition Thank you Baptist Minor Medical Clinic..

PHENOMENAL! CARING! PATIENT! I serve as an Assistant Pastor at Hope Church, not far from the Baptist Minor Medical Center which makes the location very convenient. I felt horrible for a week and decided to go to them. My experience was great. The three people that impacted me the most were Tiffany , Jamelmenique Hoy, and that sweet nurse whose name leaves me at the moment but she is a member of Hope church. Just ask ☺️. Please forgive me for not remembering. I need everyone in Memphis and Cordova to know these three ladies are Amazing. I recommend this location with 10 stars not 5. The care is worth the wait.

Everyone at Baptist Minor Medicial Center-Cordova from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner were absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was friendly, prompt, & very knowledgeable about everything from insurance coverage to a wealth of treatments. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs!
