Review for Baptist South Outpatient Services I had a colonoscopy today at Baptist South Outpatient Services, and the entire experience was excellent. The staff was professional, compassionate, and very organized from check-in to discharge. The nurses made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly before and after the procedure. The facility was clean, efficient, and calming, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Baptist South Outpatient Services for anyone needing an outpatient procedure.

The process of checking in and online questionnaire prior is wonderful. My wait time was less than 5 minutes- my exam tech was fabulous! Princess was very professional, efficient and speedy while also being super communicative and gentle. I would come here every time!

My appointment was able to be scheduled same day. When I showed up, I was called in right after signing in. The woman at the desk who confirmed all my information and took my co-pay was so nice to me. The person who drew my blood was competent, quick and, very steady with the needle. I had no pain.

After two literally illegal (action taken and all) discharges from UF “health”, the last being the second of February 2026. That exact same NIGHT I took her to a REAL hospital, Baptist South. Within 30 minutes in the er to an hour of them observing the same symptoms Flagler now known as uf health saw, ignored, and sent her home with papers saying seek immediate medical attention if literally ANY of the symptoms she was visibly experiencing upon BOTH discharges. My fiancé spent ELEVEN days in the hospital and was diagnosed with finally and correctly, not with CHS or whatever uf diagnosed in the few seconds out of the couple hours we spent at UF when medical staff was actually there.
