Dear Hospital Administration, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team who participated in the recent birth of my daughter. My family and I are extremely thankful for the outstanding care we received. I consider myself a very detail-oriented and strict person, especially when it comes to the well-being of my family. However, I can honestly say that I did not have a single complaint about any of the doctors or nurses. The professionalism, compassion, and dedication shown by everyone truly exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to recognize Charlene G., who assisted us on the 2nd floor in room number 6. I had an extensive Whipple surgery on August 1st 2025 to remove a rare ampullary cancer of the Vater near my bile duct . My lead Cancer Surgeon was Dr. Gusani who performed nothing short of a lifesaving miracle for me as his cancer patient. I was very terrified and extremely hesitant to do this surgery as it is an extremely extensive and aggressive procedure that involves the cutting out of various digestive organs in my abdomen and then the reconnecting of organs in a new configuration. This was all done to remove any and all cancerous growths. I had canceled my major surgery plans due to extreme fear. My Surgeon Dr. Gusani was very respectful of my feelings, yet he made it very clear to me that this Whipple surgery was 100% necessary to save my life from terminal cancer. I was put at eas

I felt the best experience I could expect. Since the check in till the discharge, everything run smoothly. All ambient I was admitted was neat and clean. I felt respectfully and courteously treated. All the people, doctors, nurses, staff, acted showing great professionalism. My sincere gratitude!

I recently had a total hip replacement. The care I received was excellent. Angela my pre-op nurse was so kind and friendly. Don my post op nurse was considerate, and worked promptly and efficiently to prepare me for going home. Mike in the physical therapy department is so professional and knowledgeable. I was able to walk with him and he gave me tips to help me ambulate safely. Dr Jeremy Taylor JOI surgeon is the best. I would say his surgical knowledge is second to none. He’s friendly, caring and professional. Sarah Willis in OR took her time making sure all aspects of my hip replacement went smoothly. I had the greatest experience at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville. I would recommend it highly and I thank all of those who were involved with my care.

The service delivery is excellent. The staff are exceptionally caring and focused. I was very much nervous days before the procedure but as soon as I had the first conversation with nurse that received me from the check in desk, I was relieved. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking seeking medical treatment.
