They are awesome! Very professional, very accurate when they take the blood and very kind hearted. They never heard me in 99.9% of the time get me in one stick! That in itself is very rare when it comes to me. That’s why I always and I do mean always go there. Heather and Tori are the greatest. I would not hesitate to send family and friends there.

⚠️ Review #3 – Concerning Experience with Unidentified Female Doctor (ponytail blonde) During my visit for possible leaking fluid, an unidentified female physician entered the room and performed a vaginal exam that felt extremely abrupt and traumatic. The exam happened very quickly, without adequate explanation or consent. It felt forceful and invasive, and I did not understand what was happening in the moment. I had already been evaluated the previous week and treated for a yeast infection. During this exam, she announced that she saw yeast again and made it a significant point of discussion in front of others. I was in for Heart issues. The nursing staff is phenomenal they are very on good care from Riley in the emergency room to Kaylee and Mish in PCU Dr. Rama was very thorough in checking all possibilities and Dr. Castello checked in on me regularly. The food was timely and very tasty.

TERRIBLE experience and I haven’t even made it past the waiting room. Three hour wait for something that should have been brought back as a high acuity case. And I’m still waiting. Maybe in 4 more hours I can come back and let ya know how the service was. If I don’t die first.

I brought my Mom and once again everybody was so professional and friendly and speedy. We barely waited 5 minutes and it was another excellent experience. Such a great little hospital. We are so blessed to have at the beach in Jacksonville!
