Baptist Heart Specialists - Pavilion (Downtown/San Marco)

My husband's experience with Dr. Steven Ross has been top notch, what an gifted and truly amazing doctor. He made us both feel heard and comfortable during a very scary time. He recently performed my husband's ablasion and it went without a hitch. Very thorough you never feel rushed and really seems to care. Would recommend Baptist Hearth Specialists to anyone and without a doubt recommend Dr. Ross.

The staff is very friendly and the physician was calm and vary knowledgeable. He allows you to speak and he LISTENS to what you have to say and replies to your questions satisfactory. The nurse was funny and conversational a real human. Thank you Baptist for this lovely experience.

My chart informs that I am only to see one of the doctors. I pay for a specialist. Yet, after making an appointment with the doctor, subsequent communications have me being seen by a nurse. And the office staff says that I've been scheduled with the nurse from the beginning. NEVER ! That's why my chart documents my requirement to be attended by doctor only. At the time of my appointment I was seen by the manager who advised that my appointment had been canceled. At THAT point my wish to see my doctor was respected and a timely appointment was rescheduled.

Dr. Salvatore D Diloreto, my cardiologist, is top notch. He is very informative and professional in his approach to me as one of his patients. I am grateful for his finding and correcting a major blockage I had when he performed a heart Cath on me in 2023.

Outstanding professionalism. Every single person that we encountered for my 5 day stay was helpful and friendly . I wouldn't consider anyone.else other than Dr Bates for heart surgery. They have this down to an art.
