The office staff, nurse, and PA were terrific. I am feeling better, from the treatment options identified by their good and caring attention. I also appreciate PA Summer's full interest and followup and communication. She is an asset.

I was throwing up for 3 days with no food or fluids in my system at all. I somehow made it to the clinic where they all jumped right on me and had me back in less that 5 minutes with my iv in and getting some fluids. Feeling back to normal today. Thank you so much to the WHOLE office who helped get me fixed up. Thank you Jennifer, misty, Brittany and Paula. This by far the best clinic I ever been to. Would highly recommend !!!! Thanks again ladies !

I booked my appointment online and barely sat down before my name was called. They were thorough, very friendly, and extremely thorough! I highly recommend them!! Wonderful experience - my broken ankle appreciates Baptist Health Urgent Care!

**Update: I spoke with the office manager and am being refunded for my copay. I do want to clarify that everyone was very nice to me, both in person and over the phone. My problem is that I think I should have been referred the moment they realized they couldn’t provide the service I needed. Instead, I received a service that ultimately did not resolve my health concerns, and I may have to seek additional care as a result. I’m leaving my review below unchanged (save for removing an employee’s first name) for posterity, but I will change my rating from one star to two as a sign of appreciation for the accountability the clinic has taken. For my 1st time to be seen here, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the Provider was very thorough and had great bedside manner. I will definitely be back if an event arise that I need care other than that of my PCP.
