I had a wonderful experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care. The staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. The provider took time to listen and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The clinic was clean, organized, and the wait time was reasonable. I truly appreciate the excellent care my family received. Highly recommend!

Making an appointment for the available time slot was easy. Once you check in the attendant verifies you're info and gives you a wristband. The wait to be seen was too long. Nurse Rodan was cool. We talked about basketball for a bit while my vitals were recorded. While waiting for the doctor I was listening to how the staff interact. They had good vibes which made the experience more bearable. Dr Baviskar was welcoming and reassuring.

Five-star service! I was seen quickly, but more importantly, the level of care was excellent. The staff today 1/31/26 was outstanding— everyone from the front desk to clinical team were extremely professional, compassionate, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you for making my visit so easy!"

I went in for treatment on Dec 7 for a dog bite. The experience was great from start to finish. Started with the receptionist, who made me laugh with her humor during my whole visit. Then when I went inside, which was quick, the staff, the nurse and the doctor were awesome. They were attentive, very sociable and they were giving me excellent care and treatment. They were just great. They even have a vending machine for prescription drugs so chances are you might not need to go to a pharmacy to puck up your prescription. I will go back anytime, hopefully just to say hi.

Very polite and friendly staff from everyone in there. The nurses & Doctor were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. This was my second time and it keeps getting better every time I go. The Nurse and doctor were compassionate and understanding. I will 100% recommend that medical facility to everyone I know; you can even show my review on your website using my name.
