Went to the ER around midnight last night with extreme abdominal pain, something that has been happening off and on for a year and a half. My husband and I were traveling, and not local, and so, so grateful for our experience. They weren’t busy and were able to admit me almost immediately. They got me taken care of quickly and gave me meds that *finally* relieved my extreme pain. I’ve given birth unmedicated three times and had kidney stones and this was worse. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and they listened and believed me about my pain. The doctor assumed it was a gallbladder attack after examining me and ordered a ct scan along with the labs they had done. It came back with gallstones, like he suspected. He couldn’t refer us to a surgeon because we were out of state, but he

I’m not sure how “impactful” these ratings are, but as a travel ICU nurse who has spent her fair share in ER’s across the country as both a patient and nurse, Dr Jeremiah Phelps is by far the most genuine, kind, intelligent ED doctor I’ve encountered. I was a critical patient of his recently, and his demeanor as well as his knowledge far excelled my expectations. He didn’t leave the room until I was stabilized. He put his hand on my shoulder and asked “what can I do for you?” Unfortunately I’ve never seen an ICU or ER doc express that kind of empathy and compassion. The nurses were great, quick, and very sweet. No complaints here.

I have been here twice so far, once for a surgery and then my appt with my Cardiologist. The facility is extremely nice, kept very clean, bathrooms and elevators as well. The staff that I came into contact with in the surgery center was extremely sweet and concerned about my comfort level while waiting to be taken into the operating room. They all made me very comfortable. Discharge was quick and easy. My Cardiologist appt was a quick check in process and I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting area, the wait for my Dr was quite a bit longer but I know they are working with new equipment and it’s a different process for them all so I’m not going to complain about it. My cardiologist is the best so it’s worth the wait. 😁 I would highly recommend this place.

I love this hospital! It's so clean and pretty. Everyone is very nice. It's very efficient. The best I've ever seen. ......3 weeks later, I need to add something to my review. I'm leaving it at five stars because security staff and executive staff handled the issue very nicely. However, I don't want anyone else to have to experience what I did. I went to the lab today during my lunch hour, and a lab tech named Valerie was very vocal, loud, and contemptuous letting me know that she did not appreciate me coming in to have lab work. Loudly and angrily, she said, "I guess ain't nobody going to get no lunch up in this place today." I let it go. Then she said, "they just keep coming in one ..." (after another). She spoke so loudly that I could hear her at check in, and I imagine people in the wa

I went to the ER here when I broke my foot. When I entered the ER I was shocked that only one other person was there and he was off to the side reading so I assume he was waiting for someone. They brought me back immediately and again, the hallways were empty. I only saw one other patient pass the entire time I was there. The nurses and staff were very friendly. The Dr. was friendly too but I didn’t even realize he was the doctor until two minutes into the conversation. He didn’t introduce himself and wasn’t wearing anything that would indicate he was a doctor. They were able to bring the xray machine right to my room. The Dr. came back and verified my foot was broken but never showed me the xray. I have never had a broken foot so I asked the nurse to give me full information about using a
