Baptist Endocrinology - Baptist South Office

So glad I was referred to this office. All staff members are friendly, professional, and well informed. Medical staff is also very friendly and explain medical plan of action and make sure you feel you understand and have no unanswered questions or concerns. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Cleland and looking forward to meeting his assistant Justin Keaton,APRN, my next visit. Whole visit was approximately 30 minutes from walk-in to exit. Office is just a few feet from Baptist South Laboratory, which allows you to quickly do lab orders before you leave campus.

Tabitha is an incredible endocrinologist who truly listens to her patients and genuinely cares about their well-being. You never feel rushed during appointments, and she takes the time to explain things clearly and thoughtfully. Appointments run on time, which I really appreciate, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel very well cared for here and highly recommend her.

Virtual Consultation was excellent. Provider was logged in prior to the appointment time and ready to answer my questions. He provided concise information and answered all my questions fully to the best of his knowledge. Found the virtual consult very easy to setup and attend. Would highly recommend the doctors appointment online, saves time and is easy to schedule.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this office is truly excellent. From the friendly staff at check-in, to their doctors who don’t rush you and actually listen to you, this place is incredible. Shout out to Tabitha and Dr Sarabu - they’re awesome! I’m a happier and much healthier version of myself today because of Baptist South Endocrinology. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in search of a trustworthy endocrinologist!

I went in for a visit with Dr Naem and he was very kind, reassuring, and took the time to explain my results. Nurse Lindsay was also very kind and really had a great bedside manner. I am thankful to have been able to have the two of them during this appointment. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr Naem as an endocrinologist!!!!
