The ER was packed and there was no heat!

A woman worker at the desk in the ER on the day march 16 2026, at 7pm told me when I said my gf only had her passport on her, told me she can't be registered at all and was asnippy with me the whole time. It's sad workers like this exist in a field meant to be about honesty and compassion Doesn't even touch the lack of care and effort the whole time and how all that was done after hours of waiting was blood drawn. Er was empty when we arrived. Full when we left. Only one desk worker and a few nurses pulling people on small rooms to give vague answers.
