I tried to call to see if they accepted my insurance and could schedule ahead. However after calling three times and being on hold each time and the automated system dropping the call after 10 minutes, after 30-40 minutes I gave up and went in as a walk in. Waited 2-3 hours, many people got to go ahead of me due to online check in. Front receptionist is incredibly rude and mean. Might as well be a DMV office. If you have the option to go to a NorthWest Urgent Care I highly recommend that over Banner. Disappointing that health care within the largest global economy is like this.

I had a very good experience during my visit to Ina & Thornydale Banner Urgent Care location. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and proffecional. They listened to my concerns, treated me with courtesy, and provided the level of care I felt was needed. The wait time was very reasonable, and my prescriptions were filled quickly. Several hours after my visit, I received a follow-up phone call from the nurse practitioner to check on my progress, which I found very caring and appreciated. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend this Banner Urgent Care Team to anyone in need of medical care. Thank You very much!

I brought my daugher, who was devolping a rapidly spreading rash, in yesterday after having a terrible experience with NextCare on Sunday. NextCare half tested her for her symptoms but were not thorough at all and ended up telling us to get some OTC allergy meds and put some lotion on it. This obviously did not work and her symptoms worsened quickly. I brought her to Banner with honestly the same expectations. Dr. Lombardo quickly shattered those expectations. He was ultra patient and took his time to get to know the situation, he was very thorough in his exam and testing, and he actually appeared to care. Even if the results were the same, the caring that Dr. Lombardo showed, would have made the difference! She ended up having a bacterial pneumonia and the team at Banner was quickly able

booked an appointment online, waited an hour past the time i was supposed to be seen. when i was finally brought back, the support staff was very rude. giving me odd looks, short replies, and one lady even told me to “hold on” when taking my vitals because she was TEXTING. who taught you bedside manner??? the front desk woman was INCREDIBLY rude and judging by the rest of these reviews that’s just her personality. worst of all, it was hot as hell in this urgent care. during flu season? insane. the saving grace was the practitioner. she was kind, thoughtful, listened to all of my concerns, and treated me thoroughly. but overall, pick somewhere else. when you’re already not feeling well, there’s no use in putting yourself through all that on top of it.

Absolutely unacceptable. The wait time here is ridiculous, even when the place is NOT busy. We checked in at 10:15am for a 10:30am appointment and were still sitting there at 11:15am without being called. There were only TWO people in the lobby when we arrived, so there is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. To make it worse, when we asked how much longer it would be, the front desk gave the most dismissive response possible: “We’ll call your name when it’s ready.” No explanation, no apology, no sense of urgency at all. This is an urgent care that clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of “urgent.” Completely disorganized and disrespectful of patients’ time. I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option.
