Today I brought my son in due to breathing issues related to his asthma. I called ahead to ask how busy the clinic was, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, Sarah which made the entire process smooth and efficient. The nurse practitioner, Alisha, was exceptionally compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took her time, carefully double-checked his vitals, and ensured we left with thorough guidance and treatment, more than I had even expected. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and genuine care we received. That kind of compassion is rare to find at urgent care facilities.

Front desk lady is very rude. They care about the money, not helping you. Supervisor was very rude as well. 2 hours of waiting in the lobby. Never coming here again. Horrible experience all the way around. Go anywhere else if you need treatment. Never been treated this badly in my life.

I came into this location about a week ago because my nail and finger let a bar come between them and they had a big divorce/separation. Long story short, between cleaning that sucker, quiet a few horrendous shots, realizing the two may have had a big separation they weren’t ready to let go of each other and, after a lot of tugging, twisting, and shoving the provider was actually able to get my nail back in where it was supposed to go. Then after being woozy and almost taking a complete nap right there in the exam room I was able to walk out in less than 1.5 hours (I think, was not quiet all there the whole time lol). The whole staff did a really good job and I appreciate all their help. The pain was 10/10 but so was the care :) thank you

They turned my 16 year old son away before even checking in when I told them he had back pain/injury after his PE class. They did not examine him, and we were told "we don't have imaging here and there's not much we can do you can go to the ER". When I asked if the provider could give input I was told "we aren't going to give you muscle relaxers or pain killers so..." I wasn't asking for those nor would I let my child take those. Very judgemental and unhelpful staff.

I visited this Urgent Care location a few days ago. I was so afraid I'd have to spend the whole day, feeling bad, but my wait wasn't bad. I'm glad they suggest making an appointment, which is a great idea. Every single person was extremely caring, kind, professional and helpful. From Debbie, at the front desk, to Stephanie, to Dr Parita. They were ALL very genuinely kind and helpful!!!!!!!!
