This was not a very helpful experience. I did not wait long in the lobby to be taken to the room. That was good. When the doctor came in she was very curt and barely examined me. It was lightning speed visit. She listened to my chest real quick and then raced out of the room. She sent a prescription for medicine to the pharmacy but didn't tell me what it was or how often to take it. She didn't even officially diagnose what was wrong with me. Five days later I am still sick and may have to be seen again to be given a better diagnosis. One more thing, I still don't know how much the ccost of the visit will be. I hope it's not a penny over $40 because that's all the service I received was worth! Good riddance Banner Urgent Care! You suck!

Visited this place before and had no issues. Came this time knowing I had a broken finger, MA not Doctor took me serious as it didn’t look broken. The MA took half of my story then saw my finger had no visual signs of it and said the doctor will listen to the rest of the story. Doctor turns the corner barely entering the room simply looking at my finger and saying he does not think it’s broke. Did not bother to hear the story or get any details. Turns out it was broken. Once learning this doctor comes back in and simply says it’s broken, gives me a splint and not much else. Nothing on how long it will take to heal or how to help it heal and I was on my way. No one took it serious and didn’t seem to care.

I had a great experience. I was able to make a reservation online on Saturday night for Sunday morning at 915. Facility is clean and receptionist was professional and kind. I didn't have to wait very long at all to get checked in or taken back to a room. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was professional, personable and listened to my concerns. She gave me great advice and info - referred me to ER, which was exactly the right decision. And she told me a good one to go to that would be less busy. She was right and I got great care there and my issue was treated successfully.

The Dr and staff were very nice. Didn’t have to wait very long to be seen by Doctor. The lobby was clean and so were the patient rooms. The Nurse Practioner eas excellent. Great bedside manners and very knowledgeable.

Scheduled an appointment an hour prior through the online portal for a sudden concern. I was very satisfied with the scheduling and availability. The desk receptionist was kind and prompt, doctors and nurses were very kind. I wasn’t there for even an hour with satisfying results. Their timing most certainly does not come at the expense of accuracy😊
