Had a great experience here! There was no waiting, even though I was early for my appointment. The nurse was very cordial and thorough. And the provider was very knowledgeable about my condition, and had a great bedside manner. There was no condescending here at all, which is something that other providers had a habit of doing. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care for all your urgent needs!

I was able to schedule online and as soon as I wanted. I was greeted and treated in a very friendly and respectful manner. The Doctor was very kind,interested and collaborative with my needs and desires for treatment.

The PA was fantastic and understood. She solved the issue quickly and was able to help me start feeling better. The only issue k had was the wait time was a little longer.

BEWARE BILLING. We got the help my husband needed at this urgent care just fine but the billing department seems to be totally incompetent. At first, they didn’t charge the bill to our insurance at all (after we had given them the info when we checked in) and sent us a bill for almost $300 a month or two later. I called them to straighten it out and sure enough, they had the insurance info in my husband’s file, they just neglected to use it. I verified that they had the correct insurance info on file. The matter was corrected quickly and we received the explanation of benefits for the visit from our insurance company. EIGHT MONTHS LATER, we get a notice from an insurance company my husband has not used 7 years that this urgent care is also trying to bill this visit to them! Obviously we

The lady at the desk was rude. She was short when answering questions and sounded very judgmental. She acted as if I interrupted her doing something more important. She made me feel dumb for asking questions. The wait time was ridiculous I made an appointment and I was sitting there in the lobby for almost 2hrs before I was called back. However the dr and assistant were very friendly and understanding.
