This location is much bigger and nicer then the last location. Very updated and good sized room . Staff today was very kind. The N.P Becca we saw made the urgent care so much better. She was very kind and explained things very well and was super patient. The front desk gal very very helpful with informing us about the newest changes ect.

Went here just the other day for a cat bite, everyone was super awesome. Sandra was working at the front office and was super nice and attentive. I wasn’t sat just there waiting and not knowing what was happening. Karen was the first to take a look at the bite and was super kind when I was anxious I was overreacting. I think Alison was the provider and she was super energetic and helpful with what to do in the following days. Overall, the best urgent care experience I ever had. Was so worried I’d spend hours here but the whole process was quick!

I visited the occupational side of Banner Urgent Care on November 25, 2025 to assist my dad. I cannot say enough good things about the care, patience, and knowledge displayed at this location. Victoria at front desk was more than amazing. Her friendly and warm personality were absolutely appreciated and her problem solving skills were on point! We had an amazing medical assistant come in with the kindest demeanor, I only wish I captured her name. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Dr. John saw my dad at this visit and it further confirmed how amazing this team is. His ability to thoroughly answer questions, and even take time to ensure follow up care with specialist was done was stellar! Thank you all so much for displaying wonderful service.

I went to the Banner Urgent Care location to be evaluated for possible flu symptoms and had an extremely frustrating experience. Despite having insurance that covers urgent care visits at 100%, I was told I had to pay a deposit before being seen. When I politely asked the front office staff to call my insurance to verify coverage, I was met with rudeness and told that it was “not her job” to contact the insurance company. I was then told they were waiting on a manager to decide whether I could even be seen. After waiting over an hour, I was informed that it was “Banner policy” to collect payment regardless of insurance coverage. Another staff member claimed she had contacted my insurance but said they couldn’t provide coverage information, which makes no sense coming from a medical provide

This was the most efficient medical practice I have ever gone to. Showed up to my appointment. They had me in with a physician in five minutes and everything was taken care of very effectively. Nice experience.
