Dr. did not have a good bedside manner. She would ask me questions and then try to answer for me. At one point she asked me if I panted like a dog. She ordered a breathing treatment for me and the assistant that brought it in set the machine on the floor. Floors are not the most sanitary place anywhere. My chair was between a table and exam bed. I took a picture. The front desk was very kind and helpful.

If you've got like a cough or something, come here. If you've got chest pain or something, do not come here. They will tell you to go to the ER if you have chest pain, which is what happened to me. It turns out everything is fine, good thing I have insurance that covers everything, if you like risking your financial future, come to this urgent care to get advice to go to the ER and roll the dice for yourself. I liked Laura, she was nice. I'm not exactly thrilled on my level of care overall, but it was okay. Lot of waiting around just to get told to go to the ER, there's nothing they can do here if you have those kinds of issues. -- One thing that really annoys me is that they said on the phone the day before I setup this 9am appointment on 2/11/2026 that they would see me and then ref

I used this Urgent Care because I’ve never had a problem with previous visits. I call in the morning for an appointment and I’ve always been able to be seen. The staff is very helpful from the receptionist to the provider that I see. The doctors or providers listen to me and then advise me on care or will ask questions if they need more information.

It was easy to schedule an online appointment. Receptionist was kind and the medical technicians too. Dr Debra was patient, attentive, thorough with diagnosis and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Greatly appreciate the follow up calls from the urgent care staff with the lab results. I appreciate everyone treating me as a patient and not a number.

What an Incredible experience! Super professional & very fast and I cannot say enough good about the doctor that saw me. She was very kind and made sure that I knew what I needed to follow up on if I wasn’t getting any better. Also helped me with a referral for a new doctor in this area!!!!
