Let’s start with no employee introduction or identification verification from healthcare providers to patient or to verify patient, there was NONE! The egregious HIPPA violations, literally one after another after another, zero patient privacy. I went in for what I thought was possible foot fractures and have never had or experienced such twisting, pulling and prodding during an xray much less a foot xray. (I used to work in an excellent hospital in Diagnostic Imaging, although they did not know that.) After what I believe to be possible false readings due to someone coming up and asking me if I had come in for something totally different with a different name, I was sent to Ultrasound for possible clot. One leg was examined by a student who go kept acting as though she had found something

I had my baby here last week and I just want to give a huge shout out to everyone that was involved in mine and my babies care… From pre-op (Lindsay & Julia), to the operating team and anesthesiologists and the delivering Dr,(Dr Warner), to the postpartum room nurses(Katie, Carah and I can’t remember her name but she was short and Hispanic and just amazing!!!) and the Nicu nurses, Techs and also to the room service and the transports! You all were sooooo amazing to me while I was there. I can’t remember all of your names but I will forever be grateful for you!! I went into the hospital terrified and that quickly changed. You all are awesome. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Banner hospital! Thank you again!🩷

I was referred to Interventional Radiology at Banner University Medical Center by my neurosurgeon, who was also affiliated with Banner. The recommendation was for epidural steroid injections in the neck to help alleviate migraine pain. It was explained to me as a simple outpatient procedure with limited risks, and I consented based on that understanding. However, I later learned that the injection was actually performed at a different location, which was not the location I had consented to or the one my neurosurgeon had recommended, nor was it discussed with me prior to the change in location. Following the procedure, I became significantly ill and required nearly a week of hospitalization. I was later informed by the physician that the needle may have penetrated too far, potentially res

I was here for about three days the nurses were amazing very respectful and very caring. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Paris she truly goes above and beyond and I think she deserves a raise. If I didn't have her to talk to for hours I would have just been concentrating on the pain I was having. Very sweet girl and a great listener. She truly is an amazing soul and I want to thank her for helping me she genuinely cares. This hospital isn't bad besides the fact that I waited forever in the er but it is flu season so they were pretty busy. One women even came out with a cart full of water and granola bars and even was handing out blankets I'm not sure what her name was but that was a nice thing to do. Everyone in there nurses and rns were doing the best they could with how busy they

Having worked as an ICU RN for 25 years, i was extremely disappointed in Banner. I was seen by several different teams for my fractured pelvis and sacrum. Each team told me something different. After multiple CT scans were completed I didn’t see a dr again to get information or results or a plan for over 24 hours. Over that 24 hours i was given one pain pill to enable me to be moved to the CT scan table. When i requested pain medication after some 12 hours, i was given a lidocaine patch. There were some excellent nurses, who were empathetic and did their best to advocate for me, but i didnt get a sense of good communication between physicians and nursing. There also though were a couple of lemons in that bunch. When i told one tech that i was wet, she felt around by my feet and insisted
