Been here for 3 days and have been constantly hungry, absolutely nothing for pain, the staff are completely uncaring, have no compassion and are liars will say anything they have to to get outta the room and disappear, also had a 2 1/2 hour call light and I'm diabetic... woulda died today if my blood sugar had been crashing. Will NEVER EVER come back even if it means my life.

I was there for 5 days. 11/20-11/25. All the doctors were caring and not judgemental on my injured toe and lack of being a good diabetic. Nurses, techs were just fabulous. I never felt as though they didn't care. The nurses are very patient with the elderly. Every meal I received was delicious. I'm happy to be home, however, I miss the staff and food.

I would just like to say whenever I need to go to an er/hospital I always come here and I live like 20 mins away from this one. I come here because the staff is amazing and the doctors truly care about you as well as the nurses. I would like to give a big shout-out to one particular nurse her name is Carolyn I was on 4th floor north side and she was amazing.. she helped me a lot and she was truly attentive she deserves a raise...she is truly compassionate and cares about the patients needs and wants..she goes above and beyond and she truly is a great rn...I just want to say thank you so much carylon for making me feel comfortable and a little less scared....

This is the absolute worst emergency room in Tucson. Not because of the check-in staff, the techs, or the nurses, they were all very polite and caring. It’s the attendings. I went in with severe shoulder pain. I explained that I tried all over-the-counter medications I could and nothing worked. I showed them that I had limited mobility in my shoulder and that I had never felt pain this extreme before. When the resident came in, he was gentle, seemed like he genuinely cared and offered to make me comfortable. As I sat waiting in the room hyperventilating, nothing came. That’s fine. I understand hospitals get busy. I had to go do x-rays so maybe when I get back. And then the attending came in. Dr. Dan Beskind, Associate professor of Emergency Medicine. Everyone was so nice but two people stood out the most. James and Brad were so nice to my daughter during our time during our time in the behavioral unit. They genuinely cared and made us feel like we mattered. They went above and beyond explaining procedures to my daughter and she felt safe in their care. I hope Banner knows what valuable nurses they have! Thank you for everything
