I had the most disappointing experience I’ve ever encountered at a vision care facility. The staff displayed unprofessional and unreliable behavior, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Despite repeatedly asking the receptionist to confirm if my prescription was in stock, I was met with consistent interruptions, dismissive responses, and, on one occasion, she even hung up on me. In person, her behavior was no better—she frequently interrupted the clerk who was assisting me, further delaying the process. The only positive part of my experience was the checkout clerk in the vision store, who demonstrated professionalism and empathy. Absolutely Preferred! I’ve been going to Dr. Adrian for over 10yrs now and her and her staff have always taken exceptional care of me. It’s in and out. Never a long wait. Very professional!

When you called today 50 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment to ask if everything was okay, It wasn’t. It is extremely unprofessional. Please do not use this doctor if you are in a hurry or have a life. The public’s time is just as important as your time.

I drive a while to go to this office. Have been with her for at least 6 years. She will explain things if you ask. Very personable.

This office goes above and beyond. Truly wish more offices could be as efficient, friendly, and professional as this one!
