Although friendly, they have the inability to tell between the main phone number and the emergency contact number... they also told us they decided to no longer see my 5 year old because of 2 canceled appointments due to sickness. The first he woke up the day of an appointment throwing up. The second time he had a fever of 103 for a couple of days. We called 2 days before the appointment to cancel and they insisted we bring him to check him themselves. Day of, he was a wreck and there was no way it was responsible or decent to force a child out to prove to them he was too sick for his appointment. Dr. Max and the assistants were so amazing with my son! My son was so scared and they worked with him so well. Better than any other place has. I highly recommend them!

We have had a very good experience at BCD, Dr. Max is calm, clear and certainly has the experience.

My son had appointment back in August, they called and said due to short staff they had to reschedule, earliest available was 6 months later. A few days before the appointment they called to confirm the appointment- you could tell the girl on the phone did not like her job. I am 100% sure they told me 8:30 and that is what I had written down. When we got there they told me very rudely that my apt was at 9 not 8:30. so 9:15 comes we still haven't gone in, another mom comes out and tell me that they took the wrong kid and that I could go in and she would have her son wait... the staff said nothing to me about this mix up. Prior to this appointment I have been calling and calling for my other son and not one phone call returned. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! I have already found a different dentis

I called to reschedule my daughter’s appointment that was urgent but for personal reasons I wasn’t able to make it today. I wanted to reschedule and they said they couldn’t get me in until two months for an urgent need for a child. I said they got her in a lot sooner for her urgent needs last time. She replied with “if it was so urgent she would be here today”. She does not know the situation, you never know what someone is going through and obviously they don’t have sympathy or compassion. I will NOT be returning because of their lack of respect.
