Banfield Pet Hospital

I have had my pets in the banfield program for about 12 years now. They give good care, my issue with Banfield is they try to up sell you with medications and things that aren't always needed. I took my baby Aspen in about 4 months ago, her enzymes where very high and she is loosing weight fast. The did every test in the book just to tell me they dont see anything wrong. So I just called with an emergency, my baby hasn't been able to keep food down in two days, and she's not drinking. I just called the Wentzville banfield to be told they could get her in next Tuesday, that's 4 days away. Not sure Aspen will make it that long and they wouldn't move her up even knowing my situation. We bring our dog in for his checkups twice a year and we're incredibly happy with his care. The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the vet techs are great, and Dr. Marshall is wonderful. She really takes the time and together with any vet tech working with her, they make sure my dog settles and has a good experience with bloodwork and his vaccines.

Everyone at Banfield has been amazing with our cane corso the past 5 years. Dr. Seggerman went above and beyond the past month when our girl was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, taking time to respond to us and make sure we had what we needed even while she was on vacation. So grateful.

Our Dog has been a patient since birth. The Staff is great and we've never had a problem with getting a timely appointment.

Banfield always treats our pets well. They're caring and skilled, for a reasonable price. Be sure to get the wellness plan to defray the costs of pet health care.
