Banfield Pet Hospital

All of the people that I encountered at Banfield pet Hospital really seemed to enjoy their job and it showed, especially when dealing with my one year-old puppy.. She received shots and pointed out a potential issue with her teeth that I was very glad to know of now. I highly recommend these folks.

I have nothing but good things to say about Banfield. They treat my Gracie as if she were their own. They explain things very clearly so that I can easily understand what's going on and what to expect.

This Banfield location is special. Dr. Alampi is an incredible vet who always remembers our pets by name and dispositions, even though she sees our two dogs and six cats! She's so warm and knowledgeable - we really trust her and our babies are well taken care of under her guidance. They never try to sell us anything we don't need and they are prompt at returning calls, getting us results back, and scheduling, though they're incredibly busy. The office staff are amazing - especially Sydney, McKenzie, and Alivia. It's clear they love the animals and always put them first. They also work really well together: I've seen them handle very rude customers with grace and poise. They all deserve a raise! Seriously, I wouldn't go anywhere else (I drive to Southfield from Detroit just for this office)

I would not recommended any Banfield pet hospital location, but I have received most of my care from the Southfield location. I want to firstly say that I think most of the staff of this location is a dedicated care team trying their best in an understaffed system. All of my appointments there, there's been 1 person working the front desk and wait times for in office appointments were upwards of an hour with me seeing the actual vet for ~10 minutes. The waiting rooms are crowded and are particularly stressful for nervous cats with all of the barking dogs. I have a 7 year old cat that has been under Banfield's care that they have just completely missed the mark on. He's seen them twice in the last year. Once for a general checkup, and I once came to them with concerns he wasn't acting lik

Really not happy with this location or their employees for signing up someone else on MY account with their own email, phone number and payment method without MY authorization for them to default and now MY credit is being affected and there’s absolutely NO RECOURSE or HELP from the company. I guess that’s what you get for being a customer for over 13 years. Save your money and headache and go elsewhere.
