I would not recommend this clinic. After only one visit, Dr. Morton indicated they had "exhausted all medication options for anxiety," which seemed premature. Additionally, I never spoke directly with the doctor—all communication was relayed through a technician. There are other clinics with more attentive staff and a more thorough approach.

We’ve been here twice and have NEVER seen the vet. The vet techs take our dog to the back to be looked at by the vet instead of the vet assessing him in the room. Super strange, and makes me wonder if a vet is even there at this location, as I’ve never experienced this at any other vet or Banfield.

I love Banfield. It is easy to schedule an appt. Their team is efficient, knowledgeable and patient. My dog is quite calm when I leave her off and pick her up.

I had never visited this location before. I called the day before, and they were expecting me and my fur baby. We were treated so well! Banfield has the best people working for them. One of the ladies came out to my car and got Scylus and took him in for me. The care, the love, the respect. He forgot all about missing me. Thank you, Banfield staff in Rockwall!! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
