The staff are unfailingly friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Gant is caring and knowledgeable as well. They've done a great job with both my cat and my large breed dog. My only complaint is that there's ALWAYS a wait - to get in (even with an appointment), to see the vet tech, to talk to the vet, and to pick up. It's often quite a lengthy wait, so be advised. I never plan anything on the same day as our visit. Just sayin'.

Rudest vet i’ve ever been to. I’ve been taking my dog here for the last 5 years and just because I took him to a different vet because he needed stuff they told me they can’t sell me his simparica trio pill any longer. What a joke. I pay money for this place for my dog and they don’t care to serve me. The front desk hispanic lady sucks and she’s extremely rude and acts stupid. This place used to be good but it’s gone down hill. I don’t recommend it. Not to mention i always drive 40 minutes here and always have to wait forever in line.

Dr. Gant got my pup squared away from pancreatitis. They were all very knowledgeable and kind. Taz says thank you!

We use the puppy care plan. It is wonderful. They care for my puppy as if she were their own. All of the vaccines are given, and her record is kept and shared with me on the app.

Banfield was wonderful with all three of our doggies. They explained everything they were going to do and then after everything they came in and gave us an update on how everything went. They also gave us a paper print out as well as having it in their file online, which for me is absolutely wonderful , Much love from our babies Lucretia', Miss Rosalynn, and Dandridge,
