WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! My cat, Gogo, had cancer and was seeing an oncologist. He needed imaging, and since Banfield was his primary care, I decided to follow up there. They found a spot in his imaging, and instead of biopsy-ing it, as I'd asked and as his oncologist instructed, Banfield said the tech went home instead. They told me I'd have to pay for another appointment so they could repeat the imaging and biopsy the spot. I made him another appointment. His usual Banfield vet was not there that day, and the people at the desk didn't seem to know why he was there but assured me they'd get the testing. I foolishly left him there as directed. Until recently, I had a mostly positive experience with the Federal Way clinic. The front desk staff in particular have always been kind, helpful, and professional. My dog has never acted scared when visiting the vet. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine visit has left me feeling betrayed, and my trust in the clinic has been shattered. As part of the Wellness Plan, my dog received his annual dental cleaning. He was brought in healthy and returned with a skin infection in the exact rectangular area where his leg had been shaved. Initially, the area appeared red and blotchy. After several days with no improvement, I brought him back with the concern that he had a skin infection (like Barber's Itch) and was told it was razor burn. I was given wipes and advised to use bitter spray

This place is really great. They have done everything they said they would with a smile. I love my dog like one of my kids and this pet hospital makes it easy to take care of him. Unlike some other places that I know. I'm a happy camper. And he's a healthy happy camper. Two thumbs up 👍

AWESOME care for all our pets: three dogs and an occasionally crabby cat. The docs at Banfield take excellent care of them, giving them outstanding routine care as well as high-level emergency care. My oldest dog is my service dog. She’s had some serious health issues. The docs at Banfield have provided her care that’s seen her through more than one dangerous illness, and calmed me down enough to stop panicking too. I can be pretty useless on their behalf, I’m afraid. Most recently Dr Sullivan saw her on very short notice to do a full work up and assure me that no, she was not suffering from Pancreatitis, Round Two, 36 hours before we left for vacation and left all the animals with a sitter.
