I have to say these professionals have been great! They are always available and very informative to any questions you many have. They also are great at calling to remind you of up coming and due medications. Gracias Ladies!

Banfield is definitely on the pricey side, but they are very good at what they do, my cat chipped her tooth, Banfield got me in right away after I called them. They were able to do an extraction and got me on a plan and got her spayed also.

We came in with our very sick pet and ultimately had to make the painful decision to put him down. While most of the experience was fine, one staff member was rude a couple of times and insisted we should “try harder,” even though the options were out of our means. In a moment like that, compassion matters. This situation was already heartbreaking, and the comments made it more difficult than it needed to be.

Our pregnant pitbull had a labor emergency and the crew in Ankeny were so kind and understanding and helped us out so much. Forever grateful.

I brought my cat Smudge in for a routine comprehensive exam and vaccinations. When I arrived, I was told it was a drop-off appointment and would take 1–2 hours. I dropped him off at 7:30 AM, and by 12:00 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything. When I called, they told me they hadn’t even started on him yet.
