Ban Thai Massage

This spot use to be my favorite place. I even have their number and address saved. The last few times I went it has been terrible massage. I kept going back thinking it will be better but it never was the same. I voiced my concerns because I don’t want to take my business somewhere else but now I’m forced to. The last few times I’ve gone they have not gave me a proper massage. I let the therapist know several times my needs and all they manage to do is just rub the oil on my body. I can’t pay $80+ for a body rub. I let them know where things hurt and I need an actual deep massage but nobody seems to deliver the care they ones did. I’m writing this review not to bash them but to let them know to listen to customers and for the customers I’m not sure If the service equals the $$ they charge

I went here with someone for the 1st time yesterday. The people were kind . But I think that at times maybe they didn't understand what we were communicating. The person with me told the masseuse not to use mentholated products on me . It was used on me anyway and menthol burns my skin. I asked my masseuse to wipe my neck and she thought I meant massage my neck more. But actually my neck was burning and I wanted to wipe the product off. She had a sharp nail on one of her hands that scratched and poked me. I thought at 1st she just had a rough area on her hand. But now that I have a scab in one of the areas that I was scratched I know it was a nail. It wasn't until I left that I realized that some of the areas where she rubbed bone on my bones was more hurt than I was aware. My forearm

I went with my wife to this place 3 times . My wife went the first time with her best friend who recommended this place a lot . My wife had such a good massage she wasn’t able to stop talking about it! So eventually we went together and like she said the Experience was amazing ! The second time we came we asked for the same ladies (who were also the ladies who did our massage and my wife and bestie too) they said yes but the ladies were different . It wasn’t as good as It was with them, but it still was okay. When we finished and came to The price they gave us was $30 more than what we paid two times earlier. MUST TRY! I happened to stop by randomly. I’m rarely on this side of town and now make a reason. Elia is amazing. I’ve had some joint issues in the past. And Elia has helped so much with relieving me of the issues. I highly recommend the 90 min session. Advance notice…there will be pain. But once you get through it, you will be so thankful that you went through. Very clean and they have a shower if you need one.
