I’m going to give the girlies 4 stars today!!! I went on a rampage after a MRI showed a fractured bone In my neck and spinal injuries !!! you can imagine I’m needed🗣️ a neurosurgeon referral and my appointment to get one just happened to be canceled 1hr before my appointment, due to my PCP being different on my card then the one I was seeing. I asked them to make me temporarily a self pay so I could keep my appointment while I called and changed it to the provider I was seeing because I needed to get my referral. They said they didn’t have the authority to do so they would have the supervisor call me back but instead I never got that call . Just a text stating the appointment was instead canceled 😡 lord I blew up I drove up there so fast I even took my neck brace off because I was ready

People at reception desk should not close at all for lunch break. They should have rotation lunch break. I have appointment at 1 pm just to find out they closed and will be back at 1 pm. And there were some people waiting them open already. How is this gonna work for appointments at 1 pm??? Parking at lot B were full at this time. Was these cars are employees?? Because not many people inside in lobby area. Patient and visitors have to park in lot C or Lot A and have to walk far. So dissapointing. I'm considering to change pediatric doctors because of this.

Worst freaking center, always short staffed, you have to wait an hour just to register at the front desk, appointments are always a month out even if you’re pregnant on your 3rd trimester, apparently there’s only two OB doctors available, can’t never get in contact with anyone at the office or with your medical team, they ask you to leave messages and they call you back 3 days later, even the nurses be saying it’s bad and everybody leaving. If you ask for medical records to be transferred somewhere else be ready to wait more than 10 business days only to start the process, they tell you 7-10 business but they only start to process your request after 10 business days so there’s more wait. Currently 33 weeks pregnant need to be seen every 2 weeks but oh well nothing they can do. 👎🏽

The gynecologist attention wasn't very pleasant at this location. Other BMS gynecologist have better attention. It was my first time here, they doctor didn't follow up with me, he didn't address or provide any answer to my health concerns. It was like I was talking to the wall, and he looked like I was a nuisance to him, completely chaotic.I felt uncomfortable since he came in. He looked bad tempered too. But the worst bad is feeling ignored when you tell him your symptoms and it's like you are talking to the wall. I hope I never have to come back here to this location. Worst doctor ever and bad attention.

If you guys are gonna update your hours you should make it clear online. Y’all are just completely closed on some Saturday’s now, super inconvenient.
