Baltimore Medical System at Yard 56

I have had the worst experience at this place. Beginning of my pregnancy they booked me an appointment a month later . They canceled me because they spelled my name wrong and my birthday was wrong. With that mess up alone my insurance wouldn't cover it. I still ended up going because I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. I had adi lazaray for my doctor my appointments should be 15 min they were all always 3 minutes. I been in a lot of pain due to it being the ending of my pregnancy and I was 13 mins late but because the receptionist never looked up I was 15 mins late and they tried to cancel my appointment . Adi had an attitude like she was planning on seeing me longer than 5 mins. I would NOT RECOMEND GOING TO JHON HOPKINS IF YOUR PREGNANT ! The fact she didn't understand I'm in p

Charlie assisted me with my bloodwork this morning and was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, kind, and completed the blood draw quickly with no pain at all.

I’m so surprised to see the negative comments. I’ve always received excellent service, fast labs and not to mention my Obgyn she’s the best. My out patient surgery was a breeze she made me feel so confident. Big shout out to Dr. Mann & Dr. Abbate. Literally love them.

i love the doctors here but front staff is very rude, asian lady is very sweet!! but the other latino ladies don’t greet patients or at least ask “how can i help” i had to stand in front of the dominican lady for whole 2 minutes being completely ignored!!! she had the nastiest attitude…

Very disrespectful, very hostile. Listen bud if you hate your job just quit it. Learn how to talk and respect people. I’m disappointed I will never have my or my family medicines be sent here.
