Ball’s Price Chopper

To be frank, it's expensive. I can get the same things at Walmart cheaper and that's with the military/veterans discount that is only given Mon-Wed. It's much, MUCH closer though, and there are some things there that I've found no where else. The employees are quite nice if you stick to the nice old ladies. It's been over 2 years now since I've put the paperwork in for getting a new phone number and they still haven't bloody changed it yet.

I would like a shout out to the employees today thrus. Jan. 22nd.heather in frozen food and the other employees( didn't get their names) in that section that helped me find what I needed.so helpful for me today appreciated.especially Heather who personally showed each item I needed.im not familiar with the store layout. And beau who helped me load the car up. Very helpful& nice.

I'm only giving four stars because the meat was very expensive here. Other than that the staff seemed to be super friendly although we did not talk to a lot of them. self check out was extremely easy. They do not carry imperial butter here. They also do not carry large elbow macaroni which was really disappointing for the lady in the wheelchair. I felt bad that we could not help her. It was very convenient that they have a Starbucks inside of the grocery store. The vegetables and fruits here were very organized and looked beautiful and yummy.

I like this store, it's clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They have some great deals but some of their prices seem a bit high at times. But that's pretty much everywhere today, I guess.

On the more expensive side, even with their rewards card bringing some items they mark as 'on sale' just in line with prices at other stores. The flies I saw in the donut counter last visit were gone this time thankfully.
