Ballet Dental Care

This place needs to be shut down. I use her as an adult and I recently stopped going to her. I wouldn’t recommend them not only did they do my feelings without any bit of numbing. She cut up my gums like crazy and I still gave the benefit of the doubt after and continue to go until my insurance said that she wasn’t qualified.

Please please please!!! Don’t go there!!! Now, I understand why so many bad reviews. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dental clinic. I went in for a cleaning, and they literally only gave me a super quick polish, as it was for my baby, who only has four teeth. I brush my teeth better than that. It's true that there's no hygiene at all. For the x-rays, she didn't wear gloves while preparing the instruments. The instruments aren't covered, so I don't want to think they don't sterilize them 😭. It is so sad that they do this crappy work just to bill the insurance.

This place sucks. Took my brother to his appointment at 11. He didn't get out till 2 and he says they didn't do much when they finally got to him. Worst experience ever and this isn't the first time either. The staff just lacks the ambition to work. They are just therefor a paycheck.

The dentist is very nice very attentive to my teeth My teeth ain't the greatest but she's doing a great job on them and she's very honest I went to other places where for cleaning a regular cleaning and wanted $400 for medicine just for regular cleaning and meanwhile it said it right on the paper my health care first thing it said is you know two cleanings a year and the other dentist was like no $400 in medicine painkillers and then this place she said a deep cleaning was something like $85 so she is very nice very fast not too fast but she's on the ball and the staff is very nice too and they know what they're doing too because I've been to a lot of these places where nobody picks up the phone they don't call you back and they just rude but her staff is very nice

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at ballet dental care and I feel compelled to share my thoughts First off, the wait time was outrageous! After arriving on time for my appointment, I found myself sitting in the waiting room for a full hour. I expected maybe a 10 or 15-minute delay, but an hour? That’s a bit much. When I finally got called back, I was hoping for at least a decent experience to make up for the wait. Unfortunately, the cleaning itself was just as underwhelming. The hygienist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to really clean my teeth properly. It felt more like a quick pass than a thorough cleaning.
