Baldwin Health Primary and Urgent Care - Robertsdale

I received timely and compassionate care at the Immediate Care after a fall. The NP took his time with me. I was offered appropriate tests and medication and prescriptions were placed immediately for my pick up. I felt that he was concerned about my comfort and recovery. With his care I was able to return to my level of activity without discomfort. I highly recommend.

Never been here before but definitely will go back. I was not there too long. No appointment. I was greeted with a smile. The nurse practitioner was very nice and to the point. In and out in no time. Thank you so much ☺️

Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful at the front. The nurse or aid who initially helped me in the exam room was very nice and friendly. The Nurse Practitioner was patient, I never felt rushed and he had a great exam room/bedside manner. Easy to talk to and he listened. Unfortunately, I have to go to this office 2 or 3 times a year with some kind of sicknesses. However, My experience has always been really good. Keep up the great services to your patients! I had an excellent visit. I got in quickly and the nurse & nurse practitioner were great. They were professional and caring. They both listened to my concerns. The NP made sure I had understood her care plan in a very concise manner. Also, the woman who checked me in was very friendly. She is an exceptional employee.

The waiting room was hot with a terrible smell One front desk receptionist is kind and respectful. The other one not so much, but once you get called back everything changed. The nurses are fantastic, sweet and fast. The nurse practitioner was attentive and detailed. And that's what counts.
