I truly had the most wonderful birth experience. Stephanie, Kamryn, Karla and all of the other labor, delivery and nursery nurses were so unbelievably supportive and detailed throughout the entire process. I never felt alone or confused about what was going on or why something was being done a certain way! Cannot thank their teams enough for the dedication and impeccable care 💛

There has been so many positive changes to this hospital. Four days my mother was kept here, without insurance, And I tell you the staff did not care at all. They treated us like family. They were hospitable. they were caring,nurturing, and loving. Everyone from the cafeteria workers to the janitors to the doctor showed empathy and compassion. The entire atmosphere in this hospital has been different since it has been rebuilt. I don't recommend ever needing a hospital but if you do, come here!

I went there last night for medical help around 2am, they treated me like I was there over a joke. I get they were busy but not too busy to walk around me multiple times making jokes and rolling their eyes over other patients. I sat there for 8 hours and got one IV bag while sitting in a hallway. I couldn’t even get a room. I also had to wait 30 minutes just to get my IV needle out of me while multiple nurses passed by me so I was able to leave. Do better. Thats why everyone goes to Thomas.

Entering through the ER, every thing to make me comfortable was done quickly and efficiently. The ER really was good. The quickly evaluated me and found the problem. After that it just seemed to fall apart. I was low on blood and the cause was quickly figured out. I was bleeding internally, bleeding in my digestive track. I was moved to a regular room and that was when everything fell apart. I was set up to be scoped thru my mouth and my butt. No bleeding was found. That meant that the bleeding was in my small intestines. I kept waiting to be told I would have a camera pill swallowed to find the leak. I finally got to eat. The food was a very bland stew meat and pasta with a small portion of vegetables. Everything was at best barely warm. The only reason I ate it was because I was very hun

Dr. Taylor is amazing! Down to earth and very thorough. It was pleasant to know I found a good doctor since moving here. Dr. Taylor sent me to Baldwin Health for X-rays. The staff within the hospital were very kind. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes!
