I've tried a couple of massage therapists over this last year and Jamie is the only one who has been able to finally improve my hip/back pain! She not only improved my pain with just one session, but Jamie is truly professional and caring and she made the overall experience very comfortable and relaxing! I'm so grateful for her expertise!

This was a gift from my son as I typically do not get massages on the regular. The office was very private, clean and relaxing. Jamie provided a total body massage for full 60 mins and it was amazing! All services were explained prior to the massage and I was completely comfortable. I would highly recommend Jamie and Balanced Haven.

I used to belong to Massage Envy, so I've had several massages in my lifetime. My massage with Jamie was definitely one of the best! She was very professional, thorough, and effective at targeting my sorest spots. It was a very relaxing hour! I'm glad that I stumbled upon her while searching online. For a one hour massage, she charges $65 (which is the same amount that Massage Envy charges members...only with Jamie, you do not have to sign a contract to get this rate). I highly recommend you give Jamie a try. I plan to be a repeat customer!

Absolutely an amazing experience. Jamie is so talented and every time I leave from a massage I feel as though I've never been more relaxed. The room is immaculately clean, the quiet music and atmosphere helps with creating the perfect ambiance for relaxing. 10/10 could not recommend more.

Some like relaxing massages, but I prefer deep tissue. Being a Marine has always been my life, even though I'm no longer active duty. Trusting someone to care for my multiple injuries is difficult. Jamie is masterful at her trade. I'm forever grateful for her services.
